Environment and sustainability
The direct environment can lead to a premature obsolescence of your equipment and machinary. Because of liquids, dust, chips, surrounding pressure or humidity, the main mechanical components of a machine must be protected while ensuring the operators' safety.
Because a protective bellows is constantly working, each one of our bellows is designed to resist abrasion, tears, rebounds, breakage, traction and is treated to last for as long as possible.
Compressed length & thermo-resistance
A particular bellows is chosen by its mechanical resistance and its operation at high temperature (continuously and/or in instantaneous contact).
Calculation formula of the compressed length
compressed length = number of convolutions x convolution thickness
Note : the smaller the compressed length, the stronger the bellows.
